For those who care:

I spoke to Randall at WhizWheelz this morning. They
anticipate the arrival of the split chain idlers in a
couple of weeks.

For those that don't know what I'm talking about:

The TerraTrikes have used a single two-channel idler in the
front. Obviously, the chain in each channel is moving in a
different direction, but the idler itself can only turn in
one direction. The result is that it doesn't move much at
all and the chain slides over the plastic, making noise and
wearing out the wheel. A split idler will allow each channel
to rotate with the chain and independent of each other.

Now you know. Now go ride your bike/trike.
