WKO+ delete workout?

Curses, I rode without my PT on my new CX bike. Rode 4 hours 'blind.' I did a manual entry, but now I'm sure I underestimated the effort. How do I delete the workout so I can't change the info?

In the Calendar view, right-click on the file in question - that will bring up a pop-up box with several options, including to delete the file.
