Went in for my annual physical today. My nurse practitioner was impressed! Weight at my last physical in Feb 2003 was 229.75, :today it was 206.25. I like their scales (sorry Fred, scale)! Our nurse practitioner is a sweetheart. You feel like you're talking to an old friend. I don't even mind the physical (too much) because she is so nice. Of course, she is disgustingly skinny!
