Now that it is cold and raining most of my biking is on an indoor
trainer. I was interested in buying a work out video to watch on my
TV while I am doing indoor training. Any suggestions?

mind away from the pain - try some babes in bikinis workout videos-
just enough temptation and titilation to rest your eyes when you need
it. -

used to run off his rollers as they banked corners. Babes are much
safer. -

I try watching classic races. while I train.
For workout series, try "Cycling Fitness Results" series, it closely
follows Joe Friel's training methods described in his book, training
bible. They work pretty good for me. -

trainer. That's why I sold the rollers for a mag trainer; couldn't
watch racing on TV and totally ignore the instinctive impulse to corner.Overall, I think it was a good decision. Rollers /are/ good for balance
and pedaling form, but after 30+ years in the saddle, I think I've got
the balance thing worked out.Mark J.
