Hey i like to call my bikes a nick name kinda thing...sad i know but i do it.......how about some recommendations? Deloris perhaps? BTW its a Klein Q carbon pro on record 2004 so something fitting please? and no sarcasm thanks!

Plus i've decided it's gonna b a she!

I've had "So Long, Marianne," by Leonard Cohen, in my head all day.

It strikes me as one of those simple, pretty, old-fashioned names with a bit of a lost-love quality to it. Feminine without being skanky.

Marianne is great, but I was thinking about that hot broad from Gilligan's Island! (FYI, I met this milf 2 years ago at a Target store grand opening, still looked good considering she's mid-50s)

My previous Colnago Dream was "Sophia", after Sophia Loren, and because: she's Italian, looks great in red, and makes you do things you never thought you could do, over and over....

My C-50 is naned "Cicciolina", after the Italian legislator. Oh yeah, she was a porno start before that !!!!

My Giant is named Lucinda. No reason there; it just came naturally. If you don't name your Klein Marianne, rossoreduk, I might use it on my new frame when it comes...

...so keep me posted.

hmmm mariannes not bad, but how about something a little more exotic? maybe italian? or persian?...etc??

Don't forget, though; this is an American bike. A Persian or Italian name might not fit her too well -- nah, I take that back; the whole melting pot thing and all. Well, I still think Marrianne is tops, and I can't think of any nice Persian names, so if you must go international, go Luccia.
