Building a recumbent tandem and I am looking for a 20" wheel with a
freewheel cassette.

FYI It will be a FWD/PS and also rear wheel driven.

What Over Locknut Dimension (135 mm etc.) ?

How many spokes?

I am NOT particular; spokes, dimension, etc. I usually build out of
"Driveway" bikes.
