WTB: old style front cable hanger for cantilever brakes

I'm looking for a front cable hanger for a touring bike that I am building
up. I've seen the alloy hangers that are sort of thick, but what I am
really looking for is an old style hanger - keyed for a 1" threaded
steerer - with a deep drop from where the hanger goes around the steerer to
where the cable is held. (I'm using ergo shifters so I am trying to get a
nice curve to the brake cable housing.) Something like this, but with a
deeper drop, and preferably with a barrel adjuster -

If you have one that you would like to sell, or if you have any leads, I'd
really appreciate it. My address is al(dot)russo(at)prodigy.net. Thanks so
much!!

I think I have one in my parts box with a barrel adjuster on it, though
it probably won't be any longer than the one you showed. I'll dig
around and see what I can come up with...
