WTB - Tri Bike or Aero Wheelset

I'm doing my first Triathlon in a few months, and would like to get a
Tri specific bike.

If anyone has a decent inexpensive TT / Tri bike for sale, drop me an
email.

OR

If you have a set of tri wheels (700c) that would be cool too. I
prefer campy compatible, but can get a conversion cassette if
necessary.
