WTD: old 7 or 8 speed triple road sti

I am putting together a bike on a low budget from bits, and I need to get
hold of a pair of cheap shimano sti's for drop bars- old 105 or ultegra
8-speed for triple chainset would be the best, but I would even go for a
Sora pair if cheap enough. Cosmetic condition is not important, but they
must be fully working.
