    Helen Wyman dominated the National Women's Cyclo-Cross in Birmingham, scoring a win which will give pleasure to the Norfolk cycling community. Helen, whose parents, Phil and Val Saunders, live at Trunch near North Walsham, started racing as a 14-year-old with King's Lynn CC.
