My feet aren't that big, though I found it a fairly protracted affair to
find size 10 boots I was happy with (75mm bindings).

My list of UK sources for ski gear:
Mountain Spirit (Aviemore),
Braemar Mountain (Braemar and Aviemore),
Euroski (Brighton),
Basecamp (Ilkley).
Glenmore Mountain Shop & Cafe (near Aviemore).
RMA Sports (Wiltshire) - Biathlon specialist, but does get other things.

Can't say I've looked, but do note that a greater variety of large
sizes tend to be available in Europe as there are more relatively
large and big footed people in i.e. Germany and NL and you're in
the midst of a larger market for Nordic gear (you even get it on TV
outside the Winter Olympics when a Plucky Brit isn't hogging the
coverage for something else! ;-))
