Yarra Blvd (Richmond/Burnley) resurfacing

There was a sign up today warning of overnight closures because of
resurfacing work. Some machinery was parked near Melbourne Girls'
College. I wonder if they are going to do the same sort of damage as
on the Kew section?

Also, there were some core samples being taken a couple of weeks ago
next to City Link between the Burnley Exit and St Kevin's boathouse,
very close to the tree root bump. This is part of the design work for
the Monash Fwy widening. I wonder if we are going to lose a lane or
maybe the whole thing.
