Your 2010/current power profile metrics...

I guess I will say hi and shoot my numbers as well:

38yold
FTP- 27W
5s-1237 - 15.46W/kg
1min - 514 - 6.43W/kg
5min - 334 - 4.15W/kg
20min - 290 - 3.63W/kg
60min - 224 - 2.8W/kg

I'm super new to power meter training, got powertap 1.5 months ago and can't belive I didnt get it 4 years ago when I started cycling.
I recently started racing crits, but my preference is longer road races. I'm working on improving my FTP.
My goal is to increase my FTP to 300W in 2 months :)

You mean just your 20min?
Ftp, i know it is a lot from 277 to 300 but I think I can do it. From simple spinning to intervals gave me a lot, now I will double that and see how it goes...:)

Uh what's the diffrencr between ftp and yur 60m power. I think its possible to really increase it alot. Depending on how mich yu train..

First year with power..
- sort of a triathlete... sort of a cyclist..
- cat 5

5 sec= 1146
1 min = 530
5 min = 338
20 min = 306
60 min = 277

- never tested anything shorter than 20 min
- Consider TT as my strongest... but then again I've never done a road race or crit.... that will change Aug 17-18

- 77kg

Bikeguy (2006 and 2007) / now cyclightning

estimated power outputs only, asterisk marks actual measured on gym bike (technogym bike):

body weight 74.2 kg
5 sec : 1200 W+
30 sec : 700 W
5 minutes : 450 W * measured, indoors with some minor thermal issues, 100 rpm turnover rate
1 hr : 330 W estimated outdoors, 310 W * indoors /w significant thermal issues
4.5 hrs: in excess of 210 W

officially measured : (2007) 74 ml/kg/min VO2 max on a ramp test to exhaustion @ 73.7 kg

Most of my training is about 2 hr rides outdoors, with some aerobic intervals done on an indoor bike.

Not sure by now because I had my powermeter for a week then it broke...

Just started cycling within the last 6 months 2 weeks of proper training by this point.

63kgs

Just Pulled from training peaks.
5s - 857 13.6w/kg
1m - 500 7.93w/kg
5m - 298 4.7w/kg
20m - 256 4.0w/kg
60m - 205 3.25w/kg

Bikeguy&cyclightning > Adjusted 2006 stats downward by 40 watts on the 400 w block, 12 minutes @ 355 fresh and with a bald head
that bike definitely measured over true power, 2006 ftp adj down to 270 w

Nov 2013 > 2 minutes and 30 seconds on indoor gym bike (technogym 500 exc) @ 525 w, 73.5 kg, pretty sure this bike is close to accurate
at higher power outputs > 450 w
> 6:00 @ 400 w 1 fresh interval
> 15 min block cycling 1:30 @ 200 w and 30 sec @ 470 w for 7 intervals
> ramp 165-375 w in 3 minute blocks and 1:30 into 400 w block with significant thermal issues (the gym has no ventilation and I have long hair)
> 275 watts for 1 hr but with excessive sweating due to poor ventilation (no fan, no open windows, long hair)
90% of my hard training is 2-4 min interval oriented, 10% is 50 or more minutes, did moderately difficult rides of 2 hrs x 3 times per
week for 6 months
