Yuni 20"

I'm going to get this unicycle soon, but from the picture on
'unicycle.com' (http://www.unicycle.com/shopping/shopexd.asp?id=585) it
looks rather short. Is that just because the seat post is all the way
in, or should I get a seat post extension? If so, is the KH 350mm one
the right kind?

I'm 6'3" so I just wanted to make sure it wouldn't be to short. Oh, and
I am intending on using it for trials :)

Thanks :D

i have the same uni just with a profile set up. if you are 6'3" i would
guess you are pretty heay, so i would go with the profile set up. i
would guess you would bend the suzue hub pretty easy.

Actually I only weigh 156 lbs. so I don't know if that makes a big
difference but...

Wow, thats a big price jump for the profile  If I was going to
spend that much I'd get a KH20 ;)

I can't answer your question about the post length. But, I would like
to suggest looking into this cycle instead:
http://www.unicycle.com/shopping/shopexd.asp?id=744

It is very similar to the Yuni, but with a better hub. It's also quite
a bit cheaper.

One other thing, remember to order though this link:

It helps support the unicyclist.com site.

Is the nimbus stronger than the Yuni? That was the other one I was
thinking of getting, but I thought that the Yuni was better :)

If the nimbus is better I'd be glad to get it instead :D

I got myself a United. I think that the nimbus is as good or better than
the YUni, and since it's cheaper, it should be good.

On my United, I've bent 2 sets of cranks. that's too many. However, I
haven't bent the hub at all, so I'm not sure that would be a problem. I
haven't seen any square taper cranks that are stronger than the hub, so
you should be ok. However, I think you would be a lot happier with the
KH. In my case I chose the United because-

-the frames on the nimbus and YUni bash my calves when I hop. This is
probably a technique issue, but i didn't like it.
-I had no money for a KH, and I REALLY needed a uni, becuase all I had
was a 26" Sun. That's not exactly the best for trials. :p

I would have liked to get a KH but it was a bit out of my price range
:D

I went for the nimbus since it was cheaper and seemed to be pretty
strong from the reviews.

I was in the same situation as you when it comes to trials, since the
only other uni I have is a KH24 (which is rather big and heavy ;) )

Plus for Christmas I got a cool trials setup with a ramp and such so now
I just need to get the nimbus :D
