"October 17 will be the first anniversary of the death of Zak Carr, who was
killed while riding his bicycle on the A11. To mark the occasion a memorial
ride will be held on Sunday, October 22, starting from the car park opposite
Mick Madgett's bike shop in Diss, Norfolk, via Zak's home town of
Attleborough to the bridge over the A11 near the accident spot, and
returning to Diss.

Because of the busy racing programme that weekend it is not anticipated that
there will be as many riders as on the first memorial ride, but it is hoped
that it will still be a meaningful club run tribute to Zak. Please give wide
publicity to the event so as many riders as possible can pay their tribute.
Normal club run road safety rules will apply."
