Zefal Husky pump part(s)

I've been trying to get a replacement presta grommet/ring/o-ring for my floor pump. From surfing
this group, I can tell that it's an ongoing problem for a number of people. Anyway, when I emailed
Zefal, they gave me a link to a French e-tailer: www.xxcycle.com

That wasn't real useful being in the US, so I contacted a few stores that sell the Husky. I was
eventually given the following phone number for Zefal in the US:

It is Dallas. They promised to send me one for free.

The Zefal guys in the USA are really cool. When the gauge in my double shot died, they sent me one
for free. Turn around time was pretty quick too, less than two weeks.

Just following up for posterity. A presta and a schrader arrived in the mail yesterday. I call that
prompt and thorough.
