Looking at buying a used Zipp disc for track use, would appreciate any comments/info on these. Looks
to be an older wheel, double-sided. Do these have a "real" track side, with lockring? Are
axles/parts available from Zipp or elsewhere? TIA, Tom Paterson

The older Zipp free-wheel discs with 126mm spacing are convertible to track by swapping out the
axle. The lockring is a separate item that scews onto the track side of the hub. These parts can
probably be purchased from John Dacey at .... http://www.businesscycles.com/trpart.htm#converters
