Anyone seen arisun tires?

Bike shop close to my house, owner is an awesome guy. He knows I build wheels and I'm all about fat bikes. He showed me these Arisun Big Fatty tires he got a deal on. Said I could have as many as I want for 28 bucks apiece.
120 TPI, folding bead... Too good to be true.
They'd be PERFECT for entry level people that balk at prices of some of the stuff.
Tire felt pretty nice.

It's worse on longer rides and now its warm I am really struggling. Does anyone have any tips to reduce chaffing and ways to make my seat more comfortable. It's putting me off going cycling anymore.
