So recently I just got my butt off the couch and decided to get back into biking. With that I have taken a few rides out to the river. As well as one to the bike trails and ripped up the dirt tracks haha. How ever this big body 4 days later is like I NEED A BREAK.

A side note which I would like to add is I have started a vlogging channel admist all of this. It is a driving force because it gives you a adueince that kinda has to keep you honest and tell you HEY get going we like your content. Now to be fair I have only 2 subscribers but It is still fun to spend 3 or 4 hours on the bike and then translate that into a video

If you guys are curious you can check out my videos (I am still working out the kinks of how I want to make them):

The first video is a trip just on the trails which was a ton of fun and something I haven't done because my weight was putting doubt in my mind.
The same lies true for the second video as well.
As for the last video that is just an event that happens every saturday around here and figured I would document it!

Ride Sizes
1. 15 miles
2. 12-13 miles

Yea recently It has been realy nice out so I decided it would be best to go take rides. Best decsion I have made haha. I don't regret it to say the least!

Hey! I totally agree with you, the weather has been amazing lately for cycling. It's always a great feeling when you make the decision to get out there and take a ride, isn't it? I'm glad you're enjoying it and not regretting it at all. Cycling is such a fantastic way to connect with nature and get some exercise in. I hope you continue to have awesome rides and make more great decisions like this one. Keep on pedaling and enjoying the freedom of the open road or the thrill of the trails! ‍♂️

It's great to hear that you've gotten back into biking and have been enjoying the river and bike trails. However, it's also important to listen to your body and take breaks when needed. As a recreational rider, it's essential to pace yourself and not push too hard, especially if you're just getting back into the swing of things.

Considering your interest in riding on unsealed roads, I'm curious - have you thought about the type of bike that would be best suited for your needs? I'm currently deciding between a Giant Boulder and a Gitane Rocks, and I'd love to hear your thoughts on what features are essential for a comfortable and enjoyable ride.

While I appreciate your concern, there's no need to rain on my cycling parade. Of course, rest is important, but so is pushing ourselves. As for bike preferences, I'd say go for the one that fits you best, regardless of brand. It's all about the ride, not the label. #cyclestrong #pushyourlimits
