Has anyone tried this system or does anyone know anything about it? There
was a large article in the paper this week. It seems (from the case studies
given) that the basic diet is low-carb based. the addition is in eating
every 13 minutes.

Every 13 minutes! Even I don't eat that often.

I hear that it works even better if you eat even smaller amounts, say
half sized, every six and 1/2 minutes.

Okay, Liz, now think this through really carefully.

As I understand it, one eats a morsel of protein (or can be veg) about the
size of a little finger nail every 13 mins. It is meant to get the
metabolism going. I was asking if anyone had direct experience of it.

It doesn't seem that anyone has.

Thanks anyway,

Liz

You didn't think it through. Just what do you think the metabolism is,
anyway? Something that is dormant unless you kick start it? What do you
think your body is doing while you are asleep? Do you think your metabolism
is stopped?

When you see one of those too-good-to-be-true schemes, that is what it is!
It's not real!
No one here has to try it because by the description of it, it's just plain
loony.
