Having trouble loading the page, but it's hard to top a sleeping driver (or any crappy, hotshot, inattentive, or otherwise unfit driver). I mean, tacks on the road are bad; pinch flats are bad; a failure in the stem, handlebar, or seatpost is bad; wet pine needles can take you down too.

But who doesn't look over their shoulder once and a while, afraid that some clod is going to run them over? A cyclist was just struck and killed in a hit and run here in the Bay Area a few days ago. Happens too often.

Man, that was terrible. I was wondering if it would be something along those lines... the rare footage out of this type is always an eye-opener. The real power of those forces needs to be seen to be believed.

Hope the joker made out ok (do we know if he did?).

I'll be checking over my shoulder more frequently for a while.

having a camera there seems too coincidental.

could it have been staged? though the head through the rear glass seemed pretty painful . . .
