(And who can confirm the date for this poor chicky with no
www?)

Mate, its on Sunday 17th September, leaving teh Murarrie crit circuit
for Sanctuary Cove & return).

A metric century ride will also go ahead, leaving from the "Big Gun
Butcher" at Underwood, and also heading to Sanctuary Cove & return.

As I recall, the imperial century departs at 0630, with the metric
century mob kicking off at 0645.

I am an unconfirmed starter - we have a clashing social engagement in
the afternoon, so am trying to work out if I'll be back in time to make
it... *shrugs*

For all other BrisVegans - note that while this ride is a Balmoral club
ride, visitors are absolutely welcome (& encouraged!) to come along!!

Cheers,
Abby

Yep, I am gun keen to do it - am planning on being there, but just need
to convince the social coordinator that I can do both things on the
same day...

I know you want to tell everyone of your achievement, so here's your
lead in, "What was the other imperial century mate??"

(*grins* go on, tell 'em, you've earned it!!)

Nah, everyone will just give me sh!t about participating in
that sport that's not cycling, that I do. And I have a
sneaking suspicion that you think a lead in works like a
leadout and you get a bj in return! (But thanks for the lead
in.)

Hehehehe.

Ewww....that's weird! Is that why Cipo always had a leadout train, and Robbie prefers to go it alone? :)

160k's.....I am not even keen on driving that far. ;)

I am considering it, what if I get tired and need a nana nap?

Will the 160k ride be gun fast and the 100k be more moderate?

What roads will it take?

Are there hills?
Why does the world turn?
Can there ever be true peace?
What is the meaning of life?

That's because driving is boring.

Pull over first!

Unlikely. Plus you have Abby and I as a backup plan. Wait is
it on the Sunday or the Saturday? Please be Sunday! I have
to work next Saturday.

Dunno that one.

> Are there hills?

I hope so!

Trust me, it's a good thing.

Yes, once we wipe ourselves off the planet.

Without a doubt, that is something you can only discover on
a journey of at least 160km, taken on foot or on bike.

Actually I think I can get closer to working it out in the blissful surrounds of the toilet at home. :D

You'll note that I didn't specify any units.

For instance, if I had said "cm", you would be correct.

If, on the other hand, I had said "miles", you would be wrong - it would
be *more* than a marathon.

Ah, but if it was miles, it would still be a measly little
ultra, hardly worth mentioning ;)

um

So in other words you mean 136.98568 Light years, or 8.052874872x10^14 Miles.

That would be a suckie ride.:(
