I live in the west end of Toronto and am looking for good road biking routes outside of the city - west or northwest is best. Long flats, country roads, etc. I know a few but it always seems like 2 hours of driving to get there. Any suggestions appreciated (Niagara is well covered by online cycling club info, so no need for info about that).
I live in Brampton and finding bike routes is not a problem for me at all. I could ride a different ~25-35km every day of the week starting from my garage door. There are mostly flat routes available or flats with hills incase I feel like a good workout.
Whereabouts in west toronto do you live? What distance(s) are you looking to ride? What's your average pace? cheers! -rick
