The cheapest...none. Built a bizillion bikes without one. Don't need a hatrack.

Excel Pro purchased on eBay. Makes working on and cleaning the bike a dream. -
Two ceiling hooks with a steel chain suspended from them and a hook/line that goes around the seat and stem. Under $5 😄
