  1. As much as the urge was there to get a DF and quite a few of ya'll here said
it was okay for me to get a Dual Suspension MTB to cope with the awful roads
in Toronto....I just could not bring myself do it. I am kinda proud of
having spent 26 years on bents and NOT been smeared by a car. It is not that
I am a skilled cyclist, more it is a case that my riding style is so bloody
aggresive & erratic that car drivers find watching me fascinating and as we
all know it the easily distracted drivers looking at Billboards and ladies
in short skirts who mow down cyclists.

I was in a taxi and the driver starts telling me about this total wacko he
sees on a strange bike, the guy is a total nutbar to drive the way he does
in busy traffic, I only mention him because he looks a bit like you....
    Small tip coming here.

Anyway bad road surface problem solved, I am waiting for UPS to deliver a
new Dual Suspension, 27 speed German "Scooterbike" with Magura Julie
hydraulic disc brakes....and Yes it gets a 72V hub motor for some quick 40
mph escapes after giving car drivers who are not fascinated by me the bird.

P.S. Now the wife is annoyed she is stuck with 2 tadpoles and she wants her
own Scooterbike (ya just can't win with her)
