  1. During a work's medical I was told I had the largest lung capacity they'd
measured and boy did I need it last night! Our lass has put some lamb kebabs
in some foil to put on my sauna stones. I am always wary about cooking lamb
in there since it is high in fat compared to say turkey. She had assured me
that it was very well wrapped, so I shoved it on the stones.

20 minutes later, a load of fat spews out of the package all over the red
hot stones and bursts into flames, threatening to burn the whole place down.
Luckily I managed to have enough puff to blow the whole conflagration out
before everything caught light. Cycling saves the day again.
