It's one of my favorites too. At least now the climb up flagstaff to
get to it has been paved. It gives you more energy for the fun.

We sat here and watched the whole thing waiting for something interesting.
Perhaps the camera getting knocked off was "different", but the rest in our
opinions could have easily been expressed with a handful of still photos.
Pictures would take less time to download and watch too.

That's why I described it as "some footage". It's a bullet camera so I
don't get the "off bike" shots like Pete does.

The next video I am working on is American Standard. It's a much talked
about trail around here that has had some severe land management issues.
Many people have not ridden it in a while, so it may be of interest,
at least to the east coasters. It's a much faster ride. I don't know
what you want to have happen. This is XC, not FR. There are no big
drops or huge jumps. I try to put the occasional endo in, but mostly I
try to document where I have ridden. I know I have selected places to
ride based on other riders videos, so maybe one can use mine for that
reason. I dunno, I just like watching them every now and then.

Let me know what you'd like to see and I'll try and incorporate it.

I enjoy the drops and bifs, but even relatively mundane scenery can be made
more interesting with some creative videography. Get off the bike and
record others riding, fer instance.

Again. I'd love to do the above but the bullet cam does not lend itself
to it. I would have to disconnect all the wires and take the camera out
of the 'bak. By the time I did that the riders would be long gone. I'd
love to move to a helmet mounted minidv, but the 5 pounds on my neck
would just be too much.
