Any good rides in the Sacramento area?

A good ride is along the American River Trail if you are into bike paths.
If you are up to a little more adventure, then I highly recommend riding
Auburn-Folsom Road. There are numerous places to start. My favorite is at
the east end of Sutter Street in Folsom and then taking the bike trail up to
Beales Point transitioning from there onto Auburn-Folsom Road. Round Trip
about 35 - 40 miles.
