What possible benefit could this be? USADA can't do anything but ask a
rider to pee in a cup. It's not like DEA guy can get search warrants,
kick in doors, and wire people.
Dopers can relax. It's just typical bureaurcratic window dressing.

We have been effective. Drugs have not been totally eliminated, but it
would be unreal if not for us agents of the DEA. BTW, we do not have a
"director" but the top position is the Administrator.
