i've only got little feet....size 35 / 36 (slightly smaller than a uk size 3) and had enuf problems finding road shoes to fit...but now i'm tryin to buy overshoes cos the last few rides i've been on my feet have been freezing..most of october infact and i cant find anyover shoes smaller than size 38 🙁🙁 does anyone have small feet and overshoes that fit?
i've also tried the whole bags / 2 pairs of socks idea but it hasnt realy worked cos i get my shoes small (size 35) cos i wear them for triathlon as well so they had to be a tight fit.
I just actually wear thicker socks in winter. I only have shortish rides (typically commutes of 40 mins). But I do leave very early (by 6.15am) and quite happily survive as low as -5oC.
Why don't you get 2 pairs of cycling shoes - slightly bigger one for winter?

some outdoor companies make neoprene socks (for wearing inside of your hiking boots), for example SealSkinz, they are a little expensive but work great and you get them in small sizes and different thicknesses.
Prendas Ciclismo (UK company who advertise in Cycle Sport and Cycling Weekly) do a WindTex overshoe for £19.95. The smallest size is 37/38 but I had to go down a size from my normal fitting so they may be OK for you. Very helpful and friendly staff also.
