Hey, check the levers on this girl, er... bike!

Notice the grips on the bars too, sans tape. The things you can learn
in a day. It's just amazing.

My 1932 Raleigh RRA has that bar with the same "Constrictor"
    brand grips.

There had to be *someone* who was concentrating on the bike.

Yup. Our neighborhood is chock-full of attractive young
    women. Who ride bikes.

Really? Where's you neighborhood? I'll be right over.Mine's full of
crusty old guys on bikes, no women appear to even own bikes.

State Street in Madison, Wisconsin, adjacent to the UW campus with
    40,000+ students.

It is actually much more pleasant with the students gone.

    Dear Mr. Hefner,

I think I'm getting the hang of snipping!

Hugh Hefner never had to dodge Madison Metro busses, taxis, police cars,
motor scooters, and vehicles with delivery permits [1] while
    photographing women.

Besides, Hefner attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign,
    not the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
