Eyeballed the Water Pik. After the peroxide wash, filled it up with likewarm water and a touch of the peroxide, started it up and let it rip. Not for the faint of heart, but it worked like a champ.
Word of caution: Unlike the last woman you tried to pick up whilst imbibing too much at the local drinking establishment, don't start this thing out at a 7.

Once it's clean throw some Duoderm bandaides, or Tegraderm on them. Works like a champ, road rash almost completely gone in a week.
