I just want to take a moment to praise Spinergy Inc. I recently bought a set of Spinergy wheels on ebay. There were a few damaged spokes so I called Spinergy to get replacements and was surprised at how friendly and helpful they were. Upon recieving the spokes. I took the wheel to my LBS where they informed me that the wheel was broken. After a short talk with Spinergy, Things started to look better. They said that if I return the wheels to them with an additional $150.00 USD they would send me a brand new set of the 2005's. One week after sending in the old wheels, I recieved my new wheels. Xmas came early for me this year! In the end, Spinerg really stands behind thier products and are very friendly and helpful. I give them a giant A+. I understand from talking to several bike shops that they were once not easy to deal with, but that has obviously changed.
You bought them off ebay and it turned out one of them was broken? I think I'd be directing my energy there. Who is selling broken wheels on ebay, we don't need that s#@t.
Babybunny--- Um, that's not much of a deal... is it?
Considering they cost $1100.00 USD new, yes it is a great deal. And buying them off ebay, I got the first used set for much less than retail new. So now for only 150 more I have brand new ones. 🙂 Substantial savings.

The point to this thread was to praise the service and support recieved from Spinergy. Contacting the ebay seller is a seperate issue.
**Puts down laptop and waddles over to babybirdie for a make-up hug**
If it makes you happy to think of me as a ducky, then yes I'm a little yellow ducky. And ducky hopes bunny gave some really f'n nasty mf'n feedback on that f'er.

Erm, I wasn't the one who bought them wheels. It was babybirdie chirp chirp [censored].
Thanks for posting this. I have a set of the spinergy Rev-X's and they've developed cracks where the rivets are. I figured they were headed for the trash, but I think I may give them a call now myself.
Oh Yippie Yippie, Now we have a ducky poofie too!! CALLING ALL FUZZY CREATURES ! UNITE!
Thx for the hugz babybunny. Now I can make it through the day. =)
Oh and Cydewaze, Good luck on the Rev's. Mine were the carbon deep dish with which they had problems. Not sure about the other models. Keep us posted about your experience.

If you really like the Rev-X's and don't have any luck with Spinergy, post me back after this weekend, I have a set of Rev-X's that can be had very reasonably. I ordered the new Mavic Ksyriums and am expecting them this weekend, Nov. 20th.
