  1. I don't let myself read posts in this ng unless I run.

I got fat this summer, and it's a long road back. How come it's infinitely
easier to get fat, than it is to stay running?

  4. Because eating and resting are far more enjoyable than jogging. How
about a tougher question next time?

There's a mistake. It's much better to hang around with people who are
doing what you want to do. It reminds you to get back into it as soon
as your knee recovers or whatever.

Because you only understand half of the equation. You not only have to
exercise more, but you have to eat less. Hold both ideas in your head
at the same time. It's sort of a zen-like experience. You can exercise
more, you can eat less, you can do both at the same time... but you've
got to do some version of this continuum or you'll get fat.

In a startling turn of events, some people manage to not be fat without
ever running at all! Can you figure how they managed this?

And every year it gets easier to get fat and harder to stay running.
