Some of that sounds like the sort of terrain we are used to - hard and

Moorfoots are awee bit easier now the windfarm is up there. They are
definitely very different to the Pentlands, much more bog and peat
hags, real cloudberrry country

Pedants corner : Windlestraw Law is the high point of the range, but
is somewhat isolated from the main group.

Thanks for that, I dont like putting domain names in posts because of the
risk of spam. Plus using tinyurl helps sort problems with regards to line
wrapping.

I dont think having a website really opens you to spam. Sticking a
harvestable email address up is what tends to do it. And the spambots
will of course probe beyond the tinyurl anyway. Hiding your URL sort
of defeats the point of having a site. (I should know - my last move
of ISP wiped sub3000 off Google. Nobody goes there anymore)

My current email address has had 6 weeks without one so far. The

140 pieces of s***e in it when I first used it.

Been in afew times... A good variety of hills including some out
there unusual ones..

Doing better than mine -

Mind I am having a massive deadlink cleanup after the ISP change...
Mostly detritus from the days when I hosted it on two ISPs.
