anyone recommend a good hotel with moderate grade walking from the door?

There is a great B and B at Dartmeet - not quite walking from the door but
superb value and lovely people. I think this is the only B and B in
Dartmeet - you'll find it on the net.

  3. Plume of Feathers in Princetown. In centre of moor and footpaths go
    through the hotels grounds.

I think B and B is around £22 per person.
