  1. 1/2 Packet Unsweetened Koolaid
    1/4 cup Erythritol
    1/3 cup Splenda
    2 cups water
    1 packet Knox

    Sprinkle the Knox over 1 cup water let soften for 10 minutes, put it in
    the microwave
    for 1 minute to dissolve.
    Add the other ingredients and then the rest of the water and refrigerate
    till firm.

    Its soooooo good!
    Too good for SF!

  2. I like the instructions on the package of Sugar Free Jell-o instead. Open
    box, add water, chill. A lot less there for me to screw up. ;-)

    Why do you say that making sugarfree jello from a box is going to give you
    the above problems. I've had ADHD from the day I was born - what did I eat
    that caused that?
