Yes... of course it's possible. Why anyone would want to do it is
another question. You need a minimum of 120 grams of carbs per day just
to support normal brain and muscle function...

I'd have a reply to this... But having eaten only a 1/4 of that a day for
almost a year, my brain seems to have stopped functioning. I don't even know
how I can type this, must be autopilot or self-induced hypnosis... nevermind, a
feeble brain like mine could never even go that far... help! My finger muscles
    are... cramping.... can't function !!!

One way to see, that the statement "the brain and muscles need at least
120 grams of carbs every day" is false is to consider people not eating
anything. That sure has been the case for early humans before anybody
became farmers, where they couldn't be sure there was enough food at all
times. If their brain and muscles didn't function, I really don't
understand why they could survive and why we are here.

What I think the statement really means is that when you are eating
"normally", that would say eating much more carbs than on a low carb
diet, the body mainly burns carbs. And then the brains and muscles
function best when you eat at least 120 grams of carbs per day. So in
some sense the statement is not false, it's just not true when you're on
a low carb diet. Would you agree?
