I got a ball point pin from a pharm rep with the companies logo on it. I
have eaten donuts provided to some grand rounds by the pharm rep. So I plead
guilty to fallen to the evil tentigles of the pharm reps.
Apart from that I have published many articles that I have invented under a
pen name and have never declared that financial interest under the articles

I am not a vegetarian moron. Considering all the chemicals and drugs used in
all poultry, diary and cattle it's no wonder how stupid you are. You don't
