I did not know your calories were mainly from veggies already--that is
why I suggested the vegetables to be added.
The sodium thing is real especially if the daily water intake is on
target. Hour and a half--same here.
Interesting about the stix---negative but still staying at the same
weight. Must mean that you are on target with the carbs but not enough
calories. Are you staying away from meats intentionally?
Have you tried fruits? Apple, Strawberries, etc.?
Do you do milk at all? The low carb/non fat Hood stuff is 3 grams
carbs per 8 ounce glass. I have aquired a taste for it with the low
carb cereal(Post Cinammon, Special K and Wheat bran, along with ground
flax seed) and with or without sliced strawberries. It, along with the
cereal, provides some calories, a little fat and about 13 carbs per
bowl.
As soon as I finish the current carton, I am moving to regular low
fat milk(11 grams of carbs) just to lessen the number of different
cartons in the 'fridge)--I can deal with the added carbs.
I have also found shelled/salted pistachio nuts(net 5 g carbs per 1/4
cup) and unsalted walnut halves(net zero carbs) to help.
I have more data from what I have done. If you think it can help I
will share.

Bev-Ann said:I drink more than enough fluid (and pee at least every hour and a half) but
I keep a spreadsheet of sodium intake versus weight the next day. I can
bounce up 1.5 pounds when the previous day was higher in sodium than
2500mg. Daily sodium under 2000mg brings me back down to a steady 110
pounds.
I don't understand your statement below...I don't want to lose any more
weight or inches. Almost all my daily carbs are from vegetables. I had to
add LC cookies and muffins to get my calories up, but it's still not quite
enough to stop me from losing. And the ketostix have shown negative for a
couple of months now.

low calorie vegetables and see what happens...
