  1. So, who's up? And what teams so we can pop round and foolishly ask "are you hippy?" and so forth...

I'll be in "The New Justice Team" - look for the bearded one who's looking like he's regretting his decision to drag two mates along for 36 degree heat on Saturday (yes, that's the forecast!) Now just to hope that the home-made lights will survive the distance.

    Any last minute tips anyone?

Are you really sure you wanted to share that?

I am hippy.. hear me roar!

Off track I'll be the sweaty mess with the sad attempt at a
    Sean Eadie goatie.

On the track I'll be the same sweaty mess but probably have
some Croydon Cycle Works gear on or maybe a t-shirt warning
that I'm a roadie :-) I'll be caked in dirt from numerous stacks :-)

[censored]! I'm dying here and its' not that hot yet.. I've been in Melb
too long, I'm not sure I can handle the heat any more.. "heatstroke
    hippy"? ;-)

    Hippy,

So I guess since you're at the Kona 24hr, I won't see you at racing at
    Blackburn tomorrow.

Neither am I really. The C grade points race on Saturday nearly killed me.
But I had to get some race practice in before the Melbourne Cup on Wheels
next weekend. Hopefully the weather is good during the week and I can get
some more racing in at Brunswick on wednesday night after training.

btw. Are you heading to Vodafone arena next Sat night? Do the words "Kerrie
Meares will be racing" (if she makes it past the quarters of the Oceania
Sprint Titles) convice you to be there??? Actually there are three
days/evenings of track racing to enjoy next week from fri thru sunday.
Details are on CSV's website http://tinyurl.com/6p7rl

    me.

Mine isn't as much a fitness issue (although the guys at training kick
my [censored]) as it is confidence on the track, especially during a race.

Didn't even know. I don't tend to check on CSV - I'm not
good enough for any of their races (watching included) :-)
I might be there, depends what else is going on that w/e.
