Looks like what I did while working in Hartford CT for
6 months back in 95. During a freezing rain storm I had to blow on the
lock key holes to melt the ice to insert the keys. A USPS box makes a
nice locking fixture.

Winters are brutal in Conn. my lock holes used to freeze up especially after
driving into Hartford on I-95 with that cross-wind action.

Lol .... I was going to say it's not surprising on the streets of NY, but
the truth be told, I could probably get away with the same here in in L.A.

Oh yeah, that's right I did get away with breaking into a gas station
(many years ago) in the middle of the night. A police car even pulled into
the parking lot to ask my what I was doing. After a 15 minute
conversation, with tools, oil and radiator hoses from the gas station
sprawled all over the ground, the police officers wished me luck and drove
off :-)
