Yes. Everything else you would eat on a LC diet.

this subject has been discussed a bazillion times, at least. what the
hell do you think the archives are there for, if not for people to
    search them?

  6. Actually, that's how i meant it. An interesting
quirk of the english language that the words
sound similar and both have interesting
    interpretations.

Ah...you asked the wrong question, dear.

When I get sick of eggs, I eat pan-fried trout for breakfast for a few
    days. Nice treat. :-)

  12. Still wrong, accept is a verb, your construction called for a preposition
    such as except.

You can eat anything you want for breakfast. Don't think of it as
breakfast -- think of it as a meal. I like to have a hot cereal made of
flax meal/hazelnut meal and protein powder, but sometimes I'll have
leftovers from the night before. I might cook up some hot wings or have
a salad. Eggs may be a traditional breakfast food for some, but that's
probably more because they are quick to fix and very versatile than
anything else. If you are interested in hot cereals, Google the group
for "cereal" to see some ideas and recipes. NOTE: these cereals are
for POST-induction if you are on Atkins.

BTW, welcome to the group, FB!

The Queen of Cans & Jars is like that ALL the time -- that's just her
style. JC der Koenig is the resident troll and is best filtered.
