Define interesting.
There are a ton of team replica jerseys, Primal Wear has some nice and funky designs, Lots of brands carry different looks depending on what you're looking for.
Maybe check ebay to get an idea?

The "cool" sleeveless mesh jerseys go on sale just before summer 😄

Colorado Cyclist has a few jerseys that really make you stick out.

by interesting I mean somthing unique. I want a jersey that has a meaningto it, not a jersey that supports a product.

If you're in the Los Angeles/Pasadena area, try a store called Open Road Bicycle Shop. The owner's name is Steve Lubanski and he has probably one of the biggest selection of bike wear that I've seen. He claims to have one of the biggest selections of team jerseys in California.... his number is (626) 683-9986
