where and how far did you ride on 1/1/05?
i did 30 miles near Salisbury, MD USA. it was early morning and there were no cars moving on the rural forest/farming roads. no wildlife seen. flat land roads.

I did an 8 mile club ride on my DF, at 12:01am. My 'bents aren't going to see daylight until they get the salt off the roads.

I rode 38 miles around Charleston, WV. Temp was great but roads were wet and had an occasional light rain. Oh well, I was on my bike, thats what matters.
On Sunday I brought my rollers out for the second time ever. I was very happy, I was actually able to ride them with my hands on the handlebar this time. I guess it is possible. :o

I did 80 km / 50 miles and it was great! No traffic and beautiful sunny day! I thought I would be more sleepy because I came home at 4am, but I slept till 11:30 and it was ok hehe..
It`s good feeling to do something good for yourself on 1.1. when all others are sleeping!
