I love Cappacino (SP) and I know it is full of carbs. Does anyone use
anything to substitute this ?
I am thinking something maybe mixed with coffee and Splenda ?
Just a guess.
Thanks,

Learn to drink it neat i.e. espresso
Learn to drink it with less milk and more foam (dry)
Definitely learn to drink it without sugar or any sweetener.
Good coffee is good. If its tastes bad without sugar it probably is bad
coffee.Cappuccino is named after the color of the robes of the Cappucin monks.

I used to work at a Caribou Coffee. Cappuccino is realtivly simple.
Espresso, steamed milk w/ foam. Sweetener added by you.You can make your own at home w/ a Cappuccino machine. 2 shots decaf
Espresso, steam half&half (or cream) instead of milk. Add splenda to
taste. DaVinci syrups aren't bad either. 🙂I really hope you're not referring to the [censored] spewed out by automated
gas station machines-that is *not* cappuccino. -

Thanks,
Iowa883I do a good substitute that has about 2 grams a mug.
Strong coffee plus whipping cream plus splenda or blue packets plus a
teaspoon of coolwhip added at the end. Add vanilla and a dash of
cinnamon. Sometimes I whip it up in the blender, other times just
pour.Ummm good. I'm having one right now.

Thanks,
Iowa883I got a Senseo coffee maker (sorry, "coffee pod system"😉 for Christmas,
and it leaves a "frothy coffee layer" on top of your cup. You can use
whatever strength of coffee pods you like. I add a teaspoon of
cream...ends up cappuccino-like enough for me for <1 carb.....joy
