Edita Pucinskaite, fluent in "Lithuanian, Russian and Italian. But we're
not, so Edita took on the challenge of doing this interview in English." If
she's not fluent in English, I don't know who is.

IE works just fine for me on her site. Haven't tried Firefox, Opera or
Netscape on her site yet. Opera and Firefox are the only other two I use.
Nice read, and her happiest moments was her Philly win here in America, not
Europe. I would of thought that it would of been her 1998 win of the Grande
Boucle coming off the total domination by Luperini.

Some of the women I have had correspondence with have often told me that
they will work on their English as a way of saying, excuse me for my poor
English. Many can converse in English but often just enough to get by.
Luperini is a university law student and her English is poor. That said, she
is still very gracious to her English speaking fans. I like the piece about
the fan clubs in Italy. Quite true, these fan clubs are a really big deal
over there. They spend a lot of money on these clubs and host large
expensive banquets for their cycling stars. Also these fan clubs are very
much front and center at the races in Italy. They are huge supporters of
their cycling stars, especially Luperini who was considered the little
Pantani.

I can get two pages past the splash page, to a page that looks like
latest news, but no further. There seems to be an unloaded image map
or something for navigation at the top of that page. In an old Opera
and also in Firefox I have this problem.
