    AFAIK it is electric only, designed for e-power racing. I think the idea is that you supply your own chassis, motors etc. However, I understand that it was originally based on a pedaled, tadpole trike. Someone, somewhere (anybody else see it?) was talking about getting a kit and converting it back to end up with a velomobile.
