In fleeing from my body, the fat seems to have first left my legs and then my face. I'm happy with this, but the result is a protruding lower abdomen that makes me look pregnant.

However, I have compiled my Fitday data and graphs into a profile, that I invite you to peruse.
For most guys, that's how it works. The gut is the last to leave.

Pregnant? I can see some gut fat leaving last, but you shouldn't look pregnant.

Some people have an option set in their browser that resizes images to fit the screen. With my large image of the charts the browser makes it too small to read. The new link is to a webpage that tells the browser to display it properly, so you can scroll down an image that is easy to read.

Sit ups?
Well, I don't know about Cubit, but I've been doing situps, crunches, and every other ab exercise I can find for some months now. I can feel the muscles - just under the big ball of fat that's just squatting there : (

If you do too much, your ab muscle smay grow and if the fat on top stays, your gut could end up looking bigger. So, if you want the gut gone, you'll have to diet away the fat.
Since I never had legs fat, I lost face fat, then love handles, and now the belly is melting.
Was 40", now a loose 34" is a perfect signal of my abdominal fat loss.
Introducing weight lifting to my cardio workout in the past 2 weeks made me lose 8 LB of fat. The fat loss was visually clear around the waist line. I'd stalled for a while, but some nice guys here suggested weight lifting. It worked.

Some people feel that any exercise burns only a few extra calories and therefore believe that it plays only a small role in weightloss or maintenance. I think it is more important for enabling the body to regulate it's everyday functions more efficiently. A combination of cardio and weight training is beneficial to both mind and body, and should be part of a lifestyle change. Dieting to reduce weight is only part of the equation. I understand that a few people can not include strenuous activity due to health reasons or a very busy life. Some may not see any benefit in exercise if they are already in an active job. I have seen more than 1 fat construction worker, so increasing activity doesn't always equal weightloss. But I have noticed that most active people are not concerned too much with how much they eat. YMMV. In my own life, I have found the statement, "Exercise does not add years to your life, it adds life to your years", to be true. I am glad to hear that including weight training has helped you in your efforts. Tom 210/180/180
