Hi my wife has started the Atkins diet and is unsure if she can take raisins
or not. I did a Google but the answers vary. Can anyone shed any light?

    Thanks

    Rory

If she just started, she'd have to be on induction. She couldn't eat
raisons on induction and still eat vegetables to get to 20 grams of carbs.
